CDTI grants

The Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) is a public business entity under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, responsible for promoting innovation and technological development in Spanish companies. At the national level, it manages grant and subsidy programs to foster research and business competitiveness.

To ensure the proper execution of funded projects, the CDTI requires an expenditure justification audit, conducted by an auditor registered with the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC).

We are auditors specializing in projects funded by the CDTI (Center for the Development of Industrial Technology). We apply the required procedures and advise companies on which costs are attributable to each project.

The audit must be carried out within three months of the funding of the reviewed milestone. During this period, the company must have its financial report and all necessary documentation ready, such as invoices, payment receipts, accounting entries, payroll, and the corresponding Form 190 and TC forms.

In addition, the auditor may request deeds, registrations, or other supplementary documents to ensure a proper review.

At VERUM, we are experts in auditing projects from the main CDTI funding programs, including: R&D Project Grants, Neotec Program, Strategic R&D Project Grants, Technology Demonstration Projects, Direct Expansion Line (LIC-A), Direct Innovation Line, CIEN Program, FEDER INNTERCONECTA Program, and more.
