WHAT IS CDTI?

The Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) is a Public Business Entity, dependent on the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities, that promotes innovation and technological development in Spanish companies. At the national level, it is the entity responsible for promoting and fostering business innovation through various grant and subsidy programs. To ensure the viability of projects, CDTI requires an audit to justify project expenses.

WHAT SERVICES DOES VERUM OFFER?

Projects submitted to CDTI must be audited by an auditor registered with the ROAC. In this report, the auditor must apply the audit procedures required by CDTI. Additionally, thanks to our experience, Verum helps you resolve any doubts about which costs can be attributed to your innovative project. The audit of the eligible project must be conducted within three months following the financing of the reviewed milestone. Therefore, within this period, the beneficiary company must have completed its financial report and submit all the necessary documents to the auditor for review, such as:

• Invoices.
• Proof of payment.
• Accounting entries.
• Payroll.
• Tax form 190.
• Bank statements for the months included in the corresponding milestone.

Additionally, the auditor may request deeds, records, and other documents considered necessary to properly carry out the audit required by CDTI.
