The 2017 Income Declaration will officially open on April 4. From that day, taxpayers will be able to submit the declaration of two ways: by telephone and via web.
From March 15, the fiscal data of the 2017 year is already available. However, it should be noted that until April 4 it will not be possible.

This year there aren’t as many novelties as in previous years, where tax brackets were modified or significant tax deductions were included.
The most notable change is regarding the family minimum for dependents. In this case, individuals linked to the taxpayer through a court decision on guardianship and custody will also be included.
The second major change regarding the IRPF is related to fringe benefits. They will not be considered as such for those studies provided and financed by companies or institutions that are required for the development of their own work.
